I had a great session with Rico! He did a great job and knew the style I brought him from a picture immediately, he identified it as a "Ceaser" cut which I had no idea about and was done in 25 minutes, you will be happy if you book with him!
Got a haircut here purely from a convenience perspective since it’s so close to where I live and it was a huge mistake. Not only was the haircut itself not done with any care or based on the direction; the barber was using a single available RAG (pretty sure it’s the only one she had period) to simultaneously: wipe down the counter, wipe down the scissors/brushes, and also wipe my face. I’m so disgusted by the lack of hygiene that it actually put how disappointing my haircut was into perspective. Had to rush home and take a shower.
Service was excellent. There was a mistake on the e-mail receipt. The bill was $40 but it is actually $44 indicating that I tipped the hairstylist the amount of $2.88 and not $6.88. I am mentioning this because I want the same excellent service at a favorable price on my next visit.
I just went there 3 hours ago. I showed to the lady the hair cut that I want. I was expecting a man to do my hair, but the lady (I dont even know her name, with colored hair), who was in the reception, asked me to sit, and eventually did my hair. I cant do anything more because its my first time here. She just cut some hair, didnt even use the trimmer that much. She kept on asking if I want the top hair to be trimmed more, I said yes. The fact that I showed her my previous photo, she should have known what I am looking for. Worst hair cut ever. I dont want to recommend this saloon!
Worst service ever. I went in for haircut and beard trim. Half of the hair is uncut. Beard lines are not done as well. Would not recommend to anyone at all. Wish I could give 0 stars.
I had a highly unprofessional experience at this salon recently. I called twice to book an appointment for a haircut, and while they had done a great job before, this time was different. When I arrived, I waited for 30 minutes, only to be told by the lady that they only accepted cash. In today's world, hardly anyone carries cash, and they should have informed me of this policy when I called to book the appointment. I missed work for this haircut, which I never got due to their unprofessional behavior. The lady kept arguing with me, wasting my valuable time. Given the inconvenience they caused, I felt they should have provided the service as compensation. I ended up going home without a haircut and will never return to this salon again.
Worst hair cut I ever had. Never go here. Pure garbage. Nonetheless the lady insisted me to give tip. If there is any rating below 1 ready to give that too. Stay away from the two old ladies here. First Choice Hair should take a note to appoint genuine hair cutters.
