Every visit, I’m welcomed with the same level of professionalism and hospitality, and I always leave with exactly the result I want.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have good experience. I emphasized on keeping my natural base hair color when doing balayage but I realized my hair base color was changed. I don’t know why Mr Cobian neglected my request. Maybe because of poor English communication skills. I tried to ask his staff to translate for him but some information might have been lost in translation. I am unhappy with the result and I dont know how many years will it take to my very long hair grow so that I can have my natural hair color to do another balayage in another salon!
