If you’re really looking for a professional hairstylist, I highly recommend Liliy. I’ve done both a haircut and color with her, and I was extremely happy with the results. Since we found her, my whole family goes to her. The atmosphere is very friendly, she’s always respectful, and her work is truly professional. In my opinion, you should definitely try her once. I’m sure you’ll always choose Lili after that!
I just got a haircut by Lily and I AM OBSESSED!!! I love my haircut and Lily was amazing. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she just did her thing!! Just look at the before and after - I am so so happy!
I just moved to downtown and it was the closest hair salon to my home. I went there for a haircut and blow-dry. She just cut my hair in the basin without asking me to even start before washing my hair . And when it comes to actual cutting my hair she did such a bad job she didn’t even knew how to make them even. I ask her for a straight blow dry with small strands of my hair. But she did it with big 4 strands and when i ask her that i need them straighten she used a straightener instead of brush and dryer and charged me extra $10. It was the worst customer service i’ve ever received in my life. Never ever go to this salon.
I had a great experience at Hairstory! I got my haircut done by Lily, and she was amazing. I showed her an inspo pic, and she delivered exactly what I wanted . She was super friendly, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. What I loved even more was how affordable the pricing was for such great service. Honestly, it felt like a hidden gem in the city. Thank you so much, Lily! Will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends ?♀️✨
Michelle and Lily were great. I’ve been coming to Michelle for at least a couple of years now. Her pricing is quite reasonable and she always does her best to make sure my hair stays healthy and beautiful. I highly recommend!
One of the hairdressers will give you unsolicited, unnecessary, and disgusting comments on your hair. Don’t go here. One hairdresser decided to comment on my husbands hairline, which he had not even thought of before her comment, about how his hairline is receding. She even made a motion with hands about it. Keep in mind, this is the SECOND time she has done this so it’s not like she had a bad day. It’s disgusting. She gave someone an insecurity that they didn’t have before they walked into this salon. Awful.
If Michelle isn’t here don’t bother going. Wait until she is back. I made an appointment and they flatly told me when I arrived. Michelle would have NEVER turned me away. Anyway the chairs are super uncomfortable and I had to really hype myself up before knowing I was going to be sitting in them for two hours. Or so I thought. What a waste.
