First visit to Hairlove and WOW ? what a gem! Jess is a fantastic stylist — hands down one of the best hair colours I’ve ever had. The whole salon is so friendly and welcoming. So happy I found this place!

Little back story, I am new to the East end and I was dreading finding a new hair salon near me because, in my experience, haircuts have been such a hit or miss. When I discovered Hairlove I knew i found "my place" The years its taken to feel comfortable heard and feel by a salon and stylist in my case Rachel i cant explain the relief ive experienced. I personally have a hard time trusting in general in this case the kindness the understanding oh and the amazing vibes in this place. Until im no longer able to, this will be "my place" for my hair needs, they offer the kindness and the professionalism ive always searched for.
Excellent service by Franny! I have been to this salon twice and had my haircut by Franny both times. She consulted with me prior to wash/cut to establish what I was looking for and the results were terrific! She styled my hair afterwards and I left with a little more pep in my step. I had an incredible experience with Abbie for my balayage! She truly worked wonders with my hair. Not only did she listen attentively to what I wanted, but she also offered her professional advice, which I really appreciated. Abbie's expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the appointment. She took the time to ensure that the balayage was blended seamlessly and looked natural, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The end result exceeded my expectations! My hair looks stunning, and I've received so many compliments already. I'm thrilled with the outcome and will definitely be returning to Abbie for future appointments. I found Abbie on social media and am so glad I did. Abbie is a magician of hair, her skill is unmatched. My unnaturally blonde hair has never looked so natural and so good! She is a delight all round. Booking was incredibly easy despite the demand for Abbie. The entire Hair Love salon passed the vibe check. Everyone is lovely and warm and feels like your own personal hype girls! The owner took the time to come over and say hello. This was my first time at Hair Love and I will be a forever customer. 10/10 definitely recommend!
Updating this review in 2025 because I am still going here and Franny is the queen of bobs! Had a great experience! I squeezed in on the waitlist, which was greatly appreciated. I had Franny, and she did a fantastic job! Everyone here is so friendly. I felt heard and I walked away with a hair colour I really love, and a plan moving forward.
