I came here for a haircut, and the entire process. From booking to the final result was smooth and hassle-free. My stylist, Honey, was fantastic. She understood exactly what I was going for and offered helpful recommendations. She was both meticulous and efficient, and I’m really happy with how my hair turned out. The entire team was warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their clients. The studio also shows strong support for the community and fosters an inclusive, friendly atmosphere for everyone who walks in. While the prices are on the higher side, I truly felt the experience and quality of service made it well worth it.
I walked out with hair much, much shorter than I asked for – and to top it all off with microbangs when I asked for curtain bangs. And it was unfortunately hardly a “creative” cut, this was a little while ago and my hair overall looks very monotone and just as it did before my cut (albeit shorter) despite the fact that I asked for lots of layers. I should’ve known when the stylist (although very kind in demeanor) barely glanced at my reference picture. I mean it when I say glanced. They were all lovely, but as someone who is generally timid, shy, and nervous about getting haircuts this was unfortunately not the best experience.
literally no point in calling if you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment because they do not answer the phone lol. i called at LEAST 5 times over the course of three days and never got an answer. pretty awful customer service edit to their response: love the assumption that i would leave this review and just happen to “miss” the long weekend. i called as early as the 21st, not a holiday
Love this place! Gender neutral pricing and welcoming vibes! Seriously such a gem for lgqtb+ folk! Ari has been my stylist for years and I was happy to follow them here! Also a great location! So accessible!
I had my haircut done by Olivia - she did a fantastic job on my curly hair and gave me a layered haircut, exactly like I’d always wanted before but never achieved with other hairdressers. She patiently explained and educated me on tips to better care for my hair and I really loved talking to her. The best thing is that she’s so affordable!!
Wonderful service as always, they're very helpful and patient with giving me tips to style and deal with my curly hair. This location is close to a lot of cool shops in Little Italy so I had fun walking around afterwards.
Had my hair cut by Andrew in the beginning of august. I gave him creative control and he created a look for me that I’d never even considered before. He made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the entire experience. So personable and easy to chat with through the process! Thanks again Andrew!
