Get my color done by Anthea who is VERY talented and knowledgeable!!! The one complaint I would have with this salon is their online booking system… the amount of info they ask for ( including pics?) is insane… not sure why I have to spend 20 min just to book a hair appt
I'm always nervous to get my hair cut but Jordan put me at ease. He looked at my inspo pictures and asked a few questions to clarify my needs. The conversation flowed easily where I felt genuinely listened to. I got exactly what I wanted and left the salon feeling amazing.
I had a wonderful experience with Emily Z, the curl specialist at Lola! She brought shape and life back to my curls. As anyone with curly hair knows, it can be quite challenging to find someone who truly understands how to cut curly hair. She took her time during the consultation and really listened to what I wanted. Afterwards, she even walked me through how to style and care for my hair on my own. Super down-to-earth, and overall great human. Highly recommend, 10 outta 10, can't sing her praises enough. I will definitely be going back. Thank you Emily!

Tracy is the BEST! she always gets my colour perfect, can practically read my mind when it comes to the cut and style i want, and - my fave - she gives the most luxurious head massage ♀️ i truly look forward to seeing her every couple of months and LOLA is such a warm, welcoming space too! Grateful to have found my go-to person + place for all things hair!
