I have been going to Mariam for over a year now for blonde highlights and my goodness she’s amazing. Honestly the best blonde colour I’ve had and the healthiest my hair has been with adding bleach. She is super sweet and cares a lot about your colour but also keeping your hair healthy between visits.
Best salon experience I‘ve ever had. Definitely worth it. I got a pink balayage + haircut and styling with Alaa. He is a real pro! His attention to detail and dedication to his work are impressive? He considered my ideas and wishes and the result surpassed all my expectations❤️ Thank you so much Alaa!☺️☺️
Got my haircut at Lone & Co for the first time today. George really listened to what I was looking for with my hair. He was so easy to talk with and gave me some tips to try different styles with my hair. Will definitely visit again.

I had such a great experience today with Alaa. I had a lot of regrowth from my blonde, so I went in for partial highlights and he really took his time and packed on the color with incredible care. The blend looks seamless and so natural. He’s not only a true professional but also a joy to be around. I was so grateful he was able to accommodate me on the same day. The attention he gave to every detail was amazing. Such a lovely person and a truly talented colorist and stylist.
I honestly can’t thank Alaa enough. I came into the salon with what felt like a total hair disaster with damaged, patchy, uneven blonde and left feeling like myself again, only better. Alaa worked absolute magic. He took such care in assessing the condition of my hair, explaining every step, and making sure we didn’t just cover up the mess but actually brought my hair back to life. The result? A really pretty, dimensional blonde that I didn’t think was possible after the damage I had. He didn’t rush anything, used high quality products, and his attention to detail made all the difference. I walked out not just with beautiful hair, but feeling confident and cared for. This review was long due. I had an appointment in July of 2023 at lone and company after finding them on Toronto's top best salons. Their website gives details of their hairstylists and their accomplishments, styles and mastery. After carefully reading about everyone based on their availability, I chose George Katehos. I was excited as I was going to have my second ever haircut in Canada and I was ready to spend considerable amount as I wanted an edgy bob. I walk in on my appointment day, get seated and greeted by the stylist George Katehos. I was excited. I showed him a reference photo and told him I want this. He acknowledges. He asks me what length I'd prefer and to my surprise goes ahead and chops off like a straight line. He says: I'll chop off and then style. After which he teased the ends, diffuses my hair??? Gives a cup of tea meanwhile and sends me home. I paid $100 for the goddamn scissors going through my hair. I paid tips too unfortunately totalling it to $115 or something. I styled myself better with feather layer throughout covid. Regretted wasting a $100+ bucks on this salon. Never again. Never. I know there are great reviews about this place but reality hits different. I followed the blog to list and went through reviews as I said but it was utter nonsense. Edit: Someone responded to my review and seems to be rude. Doesn't matter if I write a review after 18 months? As if you guys would have refunded the amount? I have the emails. I shouldn't have had to "Call" when I was personally physically there. It's not about being unhappy either. What I asked for was not even delivered. There was no real length to my left to "rectify".The hairdresser wasn't even there when I was paying or gathering up my stuff. He took away the diffuser and went on somewhere inside. So I had no chance to talk to him. Saying you don't know how to respond is still fine although it shouldn't affect your response! I'll add my pictures soon, I just have to dig them out and I wanted to write a proper review which is why I waited but yesterday when I read horrible reviews for other salons in Toronto in general I knew I had to write this one. One more reason to add to the no list. Thank you!
