Go somewhere else if you value your time. No point making an appointment here and the stylist don't give a damn if they waste your time. Very poorly managed and no professionalism.
From long to short shaggy layered bob - love this lightness in Toronto's summer heat. Rosie is awesome, very quick & experienced and has chill conversation vibes
I had the worst experience at this haircut salon! I took my toddler for a haircut at 5:45 pm, well before their supposed closing time at 6. But guess what? They turned us away, claiming that the shop closes at 6 but they close the cash register early and are not accepting any more customers! This isn't the first time I've had a terrible experience here. The last time was just as bad. The woman was incredibly rude and actually refused to cut my toddler's hair since he was crying. Seriously? As if toddlers never cry during haircuts! It's not easy to bring a toddler and an infant out in the winter just for a haircut, and I definitely won't be coming back here ever again. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place!
What an absolute terrible experience! I brought my two girls to get a trim. My first daughter got a trim, a blow dry and some layers (she is disappointed in the layers but that’s not the point). The second daughter just got a trim, no blow dry. The total came to 135.48. I asked why is this price so high because they have a price list on the board that even if we received a blow dry, full style and cut this would not justify this price. The stylist tells me it is a different pricing for long hair. Okay I do get that but I am wondering why they don’t have a board that lists short hair and long hair? This leaves it very open to making up your own price. The stylist proceeds to tell me that the blow dry is 55 dollars because her hair is think and the layers cost more. Another shocking bit of information that I have not been told, thick hair has additional costs for blow drying. Just so you know her hair was not dry at all. It was very damp! They did offer to call the district manager after I returned a second time to take a picture of the price list as I planned to bring this issue to head office. The district manager was lovely and did have them reimburse me 33 dollars. So so incredibly disappointing! I have made a complaint to head office so we will see how this is handled!
Tech Vision Electronics is the most dependable and reliable store on the 1261 Kennedy Road (in between Lawrence Ave East & Ellesmere RD East). Earlier they had Brampton branch, but recently massive clients appointment at the Toronto (Scarborough) store they had to wrap up the other location and providing here 100% clients-centred honest services to ensure trusts in their clients’ mind. Their main technician Ifham is very professional in his manners and knowledge, I never saw his greedy attitude to charge high service fees from their customers either walk-ins or appointed clients. For initial inspection, sometimes he does not ask for money even!
Pretty good. I am a bit biased since I went to the same barber in the Yonge/St. Clair area for 25 years. I didn't have to tell him anything and he was great. I also speak Italian which helped a lot with Giorgio/Giuseppe. I really loved the place
First of all why are salons allowed to charge more to cut long hair, when it's usually easier? And why are they insisting on taking my phone # to contact me in case of Covid, who does this anymore? That was too much. So I left.
