I had a great experience getting my hair cut by Beatrice. She took great care in explaining the plan for my hair cut and I am very happy with the results. Another thing to note is that she was able to painlessly comb through my very long wet tangled hair with ease - I was really surprised.
I took my young daughter to get her very first haircut here several months ago and have been meaning to leave a review. My daughter was so excited for her cut and I was excited for her. All in all her cut was just ok-- she wanted bangs and a few days later her hair looked more or less the same as it did before. But what I really didn't like was the customer service. They paid almost no attention to me and barely engaged me during the process. In addition, I noticed several other customers coming in and they were offered tea/a beverage, and I was ignored, even though I was clearly with my daughter and paying for the service. All in all the experience felt very unfriendly and I was made to feel like an outsider. This, coupled with the mediocre cut, means I will not go back nor will I recommend it to others. It's unfortunate as I live in the hood and like to support local businesses, but the vibe of this place really made me uneasy.
On my first visit here, it was pleasant and the stylist did a nice cut. However, I would’ve liked someone whom asked more questions about my hair and my hair concerns.
I was so impressed with how Aut listened to my questions and preferences, and took the time to evaluate my hair. I absolutely love my new cut (and curls) and will definitely return. Thank you, Aut!
My wife has been taking our very young girls here for a couple years. Today I took them to get their hair trimmed (only) and simply put - the place is TIDY and CLEAN and the staff are just so friendly (real-life personable). It was just easy - and if you have young kids (or just kids) all you want is an easy time. The staff made that happen. Thank you Manzers. Great job.
Jessica really listened to me about the amount of time I want to spend out of my day on my hair! She didn't try to change my style drastically, forcing me to buy products, etc. She focused on making/ keeping my hair in healthy condition. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the recommended 12 weeks! Great first visit!!!
