I’ve been coming to Red Label for years, and have always had a good experience, so when my nearly-4-year-old daughter decided she wanted her first ever haircut, I thought I’d treat her to a proper wash, cut and blow dry. It was absolutely the right move. My daughter was a little nervous on the way to the salon, but Cassandra was amazing with her from the moment we walked in, continuously checking in to make sure she was comfortable and enjoying herself. The haircut looks great, and my daughter is already asking when she can go back. Thanks Cassandra!
Danijela did a spectacular job custom fixing my bad hair colour today and I am so happy with it! I had gone to another place a week ago, got horrible highlights, spent a tiny fortune, lost 6 hours of my life and lived a whole week hiding from my own reflection! Danijela took me on to fix the mess, and even did a touch up for me AFTER my hair was coloured, washed and I had a finished blow dry... Yup! Extra work but she fixed it like the kind professional she is and I am very happy (so is my reflection - and the mirrors stopped cracking) I can't thank you enough Danijela Also, Elize thank you for the blow dry and tips on wavy hair, you are so lovely I will be coming back here!
Dorothy is the worst hairdresser ive ever come across. Rude, unprofessional and condescending. She tries to intimidate her clients which is so creepy. Their prices are also outrageous.
Dorothy was great. She cut my hair and blow dried as the same style I wanted. She is professional and very nice lady. I like environment of Red Label company and their staff so polite.
My first visit was a last-minute request which was graciously accommodated. I lucked out and got Rich, a senior stylist. His method was new to me and I wondered how going from past my shoulders to short was going to turn out! Short story - perhaps the best cut I’ve had in years, maybe ever. Even my husband (not a short hair fan) loves it. Thank you Rich!
Bella was absolutely amazing! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted—and delivered exactly that. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but also warm, kind, and genuinely pleasant to be around. The salon itself is spotless and welcoming, and it’s clear the owner is hands-on and truly cares about the experience clients receive. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I've previously posted a positive review. And indeed had three appointments with acceptable results, though this IN BOLD exhortation everywhere that, at best, you would be offered the dryer and workstation if you were not content to leave with your hair sopping wet was always a turn-off. I go in for colour ..how a colorist confirms sought colour is achieved is by seeing it dried.. Aside from this fact, is just the sadness with which we are sent off from a 'salon experience', uncared for, absolute minimal service, no feeling great as one is supposed to when leaving a salon appointment. All this being said, for reasons of reasonably good colour results 3 times, I posted an overly glowing review. While I would have liked to post a separate and second one with respect to my last two experiences, operative word - last - I am only able to edit my prior review. So, my prior to this last colour was done as though by a kindergartener being handed dyeing paraphernalia. While the idea was to continue what was clear on my head, as well as documented in my file - chocolate base with ash blonde highlights - she proceeded to dye the front of my head by 'way of highlights' a brassy blonde, and the back of my head dark brown. When I was having to dry my hair, I immediately noted to her that the back looked uniformly dark, she insisted once I got to the front, the highlights would become more visible.. Yeah right. And it went seriously worse really fast. So much so that I had to come back in less than half the time I should have needed to, spend several hundred dollars more.. I really have to budget dye jobs, and the further damage.. Next visit ..yeah, the horrible mess that was my head as created by their 'colorist' was 'corrected' into a general mass of nutty brown ..so incredibly distant from anything sought :( Frankly, I left so utterly depressed. The idea of throwing more money at this disaster makes me want to just shave my head. If you want to have one of those (now fabled) relaxing lovely experiences at the salon, leaving feeling like a million bucks, ..look elsewhere.
