I came here for the first time for a wash, blow dry, and style. I’ll start with the positives: the wash itself was absolutely amazing. One of the best hair washes I’ve had, with a great head massage that was so relaxing. Unfortunately, the styling part was disappointing. I asked for a light curl, but when I left my hair felt heavy, stiff, and far from clean or fresh because of the amount of hairspray used. The curl didn’t even last until I got back to my condo just down the street. On top of that, the whole service took over an hour and a half for what should have been a simple wash and blow dry. Overall, the wash was excellent, but the styling really missed the mark for me.

Alexander cut, styled, and coloured my hair beautifully. He listened to what I wanted and then gave me exactly what I had been hoping for. I cannot recommend Tocci enough, and I know that I’ve found my hair salon!

I’m so disappointed with my haircut with Andrew. He didn’t wash the back of my hair and throughly scrub my scalp. The overall total of my service was $80+ and for that price and mediocre service I wouldn’t recommend this salon to my friends or anyone.

Great customer service with extra touches that make you feel like you are a friend and not just a customer. I was with Marie-Eve for 4 years. When she left to open her own salon, i started seeing Alex who is a younger guy but really talented and caring. Love this place and I highly recommend it!
