Honestly, I’m so impressed with their service! The results came out super clean and natural, and the process itself was quick, gentle, and completely comfortable. My brows looked perfectly lifted and shaped with no pain at all — just smooth, precise work. The technician was very professional and made sure every detail was perfect. If you’re looking for a place that gives you flawless results, amazing care, and a really relaxing experience, I highly recommend them. I’m definitely coming back again!
Absurd this lady is delusional, the owner Jennifer is super unprofessional didn’t finish my service and literally traumatized me, I had to up and leave half way thru my service because of the chaos happening there it was super uncomfortable, she was in a full blown physical altercation with her 15 years old daughter and when I stepped in to help the under age child the owner Jennifer got into my face and was full blown yelling at me and accused me of getting physical and I’m sure they have cameras to prove other wise she kept yelling saying that I’m judging her as a mom but I was only trying to help the under age child who was being physically abused this was my first and last time at this salon this place has 0 professionalism and has no respect for their place of business or their customers I literally left shaking because of all the yelling and physical abuse that was happening there, and yes I did ask for my money back because I left half way thru my service due to what was going on she didn’t want to refund me my money cuz she said they did part of my service. This was the craziest experience of my life I felt as if I was in a scary movie or a bad dream that didn’t want to end
This is the worst place to come too, I was here for a brow lamination and the owner and her daughter got into a screaming match and a physical altercation and when I tried to tell her not to hit her daughter she started to yelling at me and getting my face and continued to yell at me and her daughter, they are not professional at all none of the employee stood up for the minor getting abused. This place is not a safe place, DO NOT GO!! I have tagged the owner who was abusing her child in a professional place of work.
I discovered this place by walking by and I thought I would just pop in. They were able to take me. I had a beautiful Russian gel manicure as in photo by Nancy. I was talking with Jennifer the owner and then decided to do an eyelash lift. I’m very happy with it. Everyone was very nice and thorough. I wish you all the best in business. Keep up the great work.
How can someone mess up a nails when they have experience. Don’t go here if you don’t want walk out disappointed and wasted money. I literally got the opposite of what I asked . Not to mention the promo is 45 but ended up being 65??? So unprofessional they’re so loud not a single person speaks English no respect they laughing in your face. I had to go to another salon to remove them. Not to mention the appointment takes more than 3 hours instead of focusing the work and finishing they’re busy talking to each other and wasting your time . Literally go here if you are free an entire day that’s all I got say. Never going back nor telling anyone to go am also gonna post reviews on TikTok so unprofessional. Give people what they ask not what you please. I wish I never spend my 65 dollars here just to remove my nails ???
I rarely write reviews, but I am overwhelmed with happiness and pride of how amazing my experience with the PP Beauty’ & Academy- (Back story how I met Jennifer ) I work at a cosmetic clinic in downtown Mississauga and when the doctor that I work for ask me if I wanted to learn the permanent make up tattoo course… I started searching online and I came across PP beauty Academy. The owner, Jennifer it’s not just beautiful on the outside, but also beautiful on the inside. She is very professional yet extremely personable and you feel like you have always known her. What makes her so special is that she takes pride in what she does, and she helps us , her student to achieve our dreams and supports us in every way she can . she is indeed an artist with her work. I just had my Powder Brows done by Jennifer Pham and i am loving my new look ? Jennifer is an amazing beautiful artist with magic hands. She is talented at what she does. I am very happy with her profossional service and her final result. I was scared and thought is gonna be hurt but my experince with her was relatively painless and i feel great ! Her charming nice place feels very comfortable, high class, clean and also plays good relaxing music. I would highly recommend this place. Spending little extra money but it is well worth it !
