The staffs stood there and wached us Excuse me, do some customer services ! I noticed that the staffs look down on customers so much, their attitude was terrible. There was one staff when I asked for the price of the product and they rolled their eyes, took the product and attitude like:" it should be there." Where When they noticed there was no price tag, they walked away and came back with an ipad, no apologize or anything, just said "yeah, it's $25.99" OMG !! Bad attitude ever
A fairly good experience. I needed some help to find a product but could not get a hold of anyone for awhile. The lady who was finally free just gave me a one word answer when i got to ask her about the product and turned back to what she was doing. Not friendly at all. Another girl helped me after that and recommended some products for me to get for my mom. She was very helpful and friendly. I ended up getting a couple moisturizers and eye cream. Got some free samples at the end too.
Was helped by Pooja today and she really knew her stuff. She mentioned a lot of details and how each product I was interested in getting worked and the use. Will definitely ask for her next time I come shopping!
Yesterday I bought there a case and a cushion, but it turned out the consultant gave me the wrong shade (not the one that we picked for me). I found it only today at home when opened and tried it. And I can't even return it, cause it's opened. Really disappointed
Great place but, beware that some workers literally look like they hate their job. For the most part, majority of them are happy and willing to help. However, I asked one worker with a black mask for help because the others were busy. she seemed passive aggressive and very unwilling to help. She barely talked and responded with only a few words or just a head movement. she never even looked at me or made eye contact and had a mono “i don’t care” tone. looking at other reviews, it seems that customer service is a reoccurring issue. overall, the workers can be a hit or miss.
I came in looking for a gift for my sister and Brandon helped me figure out which make up products would be best suited for her skin tone, this store has so much to look at! Glad he was able to help me out :3c
Store had good sales the day before black Friday and you could tell it was the place to be with the lineup outside the door as they controlled entry into the store. I got some eyelashes and hair and ear accessories for myself, plus a cute plushie for my sister.
