Tried the chicken Cesar wrap and it was not good at all, also why did they cut it like that! Also got the pumpkin protein shake and it was so bad omg. I used to get their bowls and they were good, can’t say the same for the other stuff.
The staff were friendly, the and the food was delicious. We had the Sparta & Cobb salads, love the pickled onions and dressing. We have also tried all of the cookies, big cookies and tasty. I would definitely go back.
I have gotten the Super Bowl at least 40 times now, at different IQ locations, it’s that good! (See ingredients below) So tasty and nutritious, I sometimes ask for beans added for more protein, but it’s great either way. Super Bowl: roasted beet hummus, avocado, white lentils, powerkraut, roasted sweet potato, cucumber, fresh herbs, baby kale, organic arugula, honey turmeric dressing
If you’re looking for a fresh, healthy, and feel-good meal in Toronto, iQ Food Co is a must-visit. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is clean, modern, and welcoming. Their menu focuses on nutrient-rich, seasonal ingredients that are both satisfying and nourishing. I tried one of their signature bowls, and it was packed with flavor—fresh greens, roasted vegetables, protein, and just the right amount of dressing. You can tell they care about quality and sustainability. Their smoothies and snacks are also excellent if you’re in the mood for something lighter. Service was friendly and efficient, and everything was prepared quickly without compromising quality. Whether you’re vegan, gluten-free, or just health-conscious, there’s something for everyone. Perfect for a quick lunch or a grab-and-go meal that actually fuels your day. Highly recommended!
The first time I had a peaches and green smoothie (last year) I thought it was so delicious. This time it tasted bad. There wasn't barely a hint of peach at all and tasted watered down. Very disappointed for the price point.
I would give them 0 star if I could. Asked for feta instead of goat cheese but they disregarded with the reason they don’t do substitution, and that I would have to pay extra $2 to add feta. This is a ridiculous reason and a ripoff! The cost of the cheese is already included in the price so I should be able to choose a different cheese if I can’t eat goat cheese. The most overpriced salad place in the financial district with the worst service. Will never be back!
Please avoid this place. If you want a salad, go to the 500 other salad shops within a 5 minute walk. I ordered a Mission Chicken with no apples because I'm slightly allergic. I won't die but my throat will react if I have more than 1 bite. They said no problem and I was back at my desk with a bowl of a good quarter of chopped apple. See photo. If the customization is not doable, that's fine. Say you can't make the change, and I'll order something else. This could've ended very poorly. Not to mention that I'm paying close to $20 for a small bowl of rice, chopped raw veggies, and a sprinkle of chicken.
