The Vietnamese food served here is honestly shameful. There’s no soul in it at all. The bánh mì bread tastes like it was stored in the fridge, the meat seemed microwaved, and nothing felt fresh. The layout of the shop is chaotic and uninviting. My bánh mì was wet, stale, and mushy, completely inedible. Had to get rid of it after 2 bites. I also heard this place was opened by someone with no food background. If nothing changes, I don’t see this business lasting long.
I was there yesterday. Really wanted a chicken pho soup and had a bowl of it. Chicken pieces did not taste very good but I ate anyways because I was hungry. I started feeling sick to my stomach a few hours later and then ended up with diarrhea for the next 12 hours. I will never eat there again.
This is not my first time having food here:)… I tell the staff plz do not put cilantro cuz I cannot have them. Like NO CILANTRO. But somehow it will always be in there. Last week when i got my food, it had EXTRA cilantro. As if i asked for extra, which was shocking. They did made my food again. And because of that i was debating today if i wanted to have food from here. But i really wanted viet food, so i went in said the same thing. There was no big pieces of cilantro. But i tasted it and stopped eating checked my food, and saw bunch of small pieces of cilantro. What if this brought a bad allergic reaction? I told the staff no cilantro. And it was still in there. I did not wanted to waste my time going back to talk to her arguing, so i am leaving a review. It was the same girl from last week who gave me extra cilantro. I guess i will never grab my food when she is working. Like EVER AGAIN. I spent like $20 on food and it literally went in the trash. So again i don’t know the staff’s name, but will never go back and grab food if i see her. There was another lady before, she was very nice and she always double checked with me with cilantro.. I want her back:((…
This bahn mi was the worst I ever had and I grew up eating great bahn mi. The bread wasn't crispy, it was soggy and overly oily. The chicken was full of joints and barely had any meat - not to mention it was cold lol. I also asked the staff to remove the coriander for me but they didn't - but at least they made it again when I asked them to. Overall it was a flavourless, unappetizing bahn mi. They need to step it up.
This was the worst experience. The chicken was “not fresh” and the dish was poorly made given this price $20. Right after eating, I had stomach issues. Very disappointing and will not return.
Customer service sucks. Just asked for a fork they said they can’t give without an order. I said, “ It’s the reason you won’t survive as a business in the long run, mark my words. “ It was just a fork, a simple fork. Lol
THEY’RE NOT HALAL! I can’t believe what kind of greedy and fraudulent people they are to do this. I went for the seafood noodles, but I saw this sign and inquired about it and found out they’re not actually halal. Obv I decided not to spend a single penny there
