This is regarding our parents' and grandparents' sponsorship application, which was approved by Immigration Canada after 7 years of continuous application each year, and they were asking to submit the supporting documents to process further. We decided to approach a professional for the further processing and end up in this place. This organization is for the people who have a communication barrier and have no other option (we feel sorry for them). Other than that, this organization is run by incompetent staff who will utterly jeopardize your once in a life time opportunity. Your first phone call answered promptly . However, when you pay your deposit you are in limbo and your call goes to voice mail and the call never returned/followed up. Many mistakes and delays were made on submission of the supporting documents and finally the case is closed by Immigration Canada. Finally loosing your once in a life time opportunity, time and the money. Good luck to the people who still want to chose this place.

I am not sure how they run this firm. I had the worst experience with Namu firm partner. I initially did my citizenship & spouse sponsorship file with him. He gave me list of documents required and I gave it to him but each time I met him he added few more documents required and kept me on hold for about 4 months. It’s so hard to get hold of him , if I leave him voice message he never returned my calls. It was like I was chasing him constantly. Finally I took away my spouse sponsorship file from him and went ahead with my citizenship file with him. My citizenship file he was not able to fill it professionally as it came back twice because of his silly mistakes such as spelling and dates. He even wrote my date of birth wrong. Anyway I was questioning his professionalism and he replied back by saying he is technically doing this work for free for me as file came back twice. I paid him way before and that was my mistake I should have paid the fees after my file was in process on IRcc website. Worst experience, lack of professionalism .
