I love getting Indian food takeout from here. The chicken biryani is so good, large size comes with 2 pieces of chicken. Their food choices are not as spicy as other Indian places in GTA, so its great for non Indian palette. They always have boneless butter chicken, boned curry chicken, and a very spicy boned chicken dish, plus 3 different vegetable dishes daily, in addition to lentil & chickpeas. I always buy tubs of food (they have small or large size) when I am in that mall. I find the lady always very pleasant, and don’t understand about the negative reviews.
I have really liked this place in the past, but now their prices are gouging. I called to order puri and they said 1 will be $3.50. I told the lady that I was asking for puri not paratha. She was extremely rude and hung up the phone. Anyways I got puri from Govardan Thal 2 for $1

Honestly it’s made with a lot love period. the owners employees an sl everyone there are amazing friendly respectful individuals and food that will wow you. I work across the street from the place and I come there everyday. Check it out I promise you will be blown away. Amazing place 7 stars.
First time and definitely coming back.. such authentic flavors and quality for a fraction of the price.. beats most Indianand and Pakistani restaurants by a mile.. great friendly service
Oooo where do I begin? We ordered 3 mango lassi... they were SALTY!!! Who makes salty mango lassi? Do these people even know what mango lassi is? We ordered 2 dahi puri... most unattractive presentation and it lacked the main ingredient... yoghurt (see pic). There was just a bit of yoghurt at the bottom, but if they knew how dahi puri is served, they would know they dahi has to be plentiful... after all thats the main ingredient. The taste was very very average. We ordered one spicy n one non spicy. Both were spicy!! We also had pani puri. They had already stuffed the puri which was nice to see. Presentation was hopeless. The tarmarind pani was good. Overall average taste of the food. It also took a very long time to get the food while other customers were getting their food much sooner. Perhaps pani puri and dahi puri ingredients were not ready but hey, the restaurant needs to sell, the customers can wait till eternity!
I’m going to this place since many years, and have tried almost all of their menu items.... but the one thing that takes me to this place again and again is their papri chaat! I love it! But last time when I went, I took 6 of my friends, the owner who used to make my extra spicy chaat wasn’t there, and some staff made it, the chaat was so dry, wasn’t at all like the one I have been enjoying since years!!! I was told the Indian owner was at other location? So lady, if u are reading this, kindly let us know what days are u available at this location? Or else at-least teach ur staff to make the chaat, the way u made it! Many thanks
