One of the best indoor playgrounds I could find in GTA! Very clean, beautiful, fun, designated area for food + amazing coffees!! Me and my toddler have been going there for months now it’s our weekly routine (sometimes we go there twice a week) and it’s been amazing! Their party rooms are very stylish too btw. Highly recommend this place!
We arrived early in the morning with our child, only to be informed at the door that the playground was fully booked for a private event. Maybe this information was somewhere on their website, but most walk-in families don’t check every page before going—especially for indoor playgrounds that are normally open to the public during regular hours. Allowing full private rentals during prime weekend hours makes it very unfriendly for walk-in customers. Does that mean we have to call every single time before visiting? It was extremely disappointing to make the trip on a Saturday morning and be turned away. If private bookings are allowed, the business should clearly update Google hours or post visible announcements so families don’t waste their time.
We hosted a private birthday event here and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The service was truly exceptional — the staff were attentive, and incredibly accommodating. They made everything so easy for us,. The play structures were a huge hit! Everything was clean and so much fun for kids of all ages. The entire space was well-maintained, comfortable for both the kids and the parents. The staff helped us with setup, checked in often, and made sure the space stayed tidy. The atmosphere was bright, organized, and perfect for celebrating. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
We hosted my daughter's 4th birthday here and booked out the place for a private party. Everything was seamless, from my initial emails with staff to the actual day of the party. The staff here are fantastic, they were super helpful and made our party run smoothly. The facility itself is great and the kids had a blast. I would Definitely host another party here and would recommend it to anyone looking to host a party for their child.
It was my daughter’s birthday, and my wife made the reservation while I helped find the location. The venue was clean, the staff was friendly, and all of our guests had a good time. However, the room was quite small and barely accommodated 15 children along with their parents. We had booked the Fantasy Land room. Our main concern was the lack of professionalism and transparency. Prior to the party, my wife reached out to confirm and finalize the details of our agreement. However, when we arrived, the staff seemed unaware of what had been arranged. Eventually, they complied with the terms that had been agreed upon beforehand. Around 2 p.m., someone entered the room to discuss the bill, which we found unacceptable. As a school teacher, I would never interrupt an event or place anyone in that position in front of others. The staff member could have asked my wife to step outside to address the billing matter privately. Additionally, prior to the event, we were informed that paying in cash would waive any credit card fees. They started cleaning and our time was not even up. It was 2 and half hours.
i was hesitant because the couple indoor playgrounds i've been to haven't been very great. Except Happy planet! Happy planet is amazing, i was able to let my kids enjoy themselves without having to chase behind them the whole time. I trust the structures and quality of play they provide, the staff are extremely friendly yet professional. I'll be having my daughter's birthday here in a couple weeks. So much variety to keep kids entertained for a very long time! Their drinks also look great, i'll have to try one soon!
Really aesthetic indoor playground! The prices are fair, even weekend is just $20 for the kid + 1 adult. We went on a weekday as well and it was only $10, they even gave us 30% off because we came 1.5 hours to the closing time. The staff here are all really friendly and kind. The facility is very clean and nice inside. I especially love their party rooms. Each room has its own theme and my daughter was very mesmerized by the “dreamland” room with all the planets hanging from the ceiling! It’s so pretty! I appreciate their drink and food selection too. Their hot dog is made with our favourite Siwin sausages from Costco lol you could also get sandwiches or fries etc which is great because sometimes I get hungry there but don’t want a full meal or just chips either.
