We had an amazing experience with Leda! She made us a beautiful prototype ring from a mere video I found online, and didn’t make us feel bad at all for all the design changes and material changes we wanted, even though it took long. We just received our real ring and we couldn’t be happier. She is patient, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend her and Livia Diamonds!
Absolutely fantastic experience working with Livia Diamonds. The team was so welcoming every time I came in, whether it was a friendly wave or handshake, or offering me a drink as I waited. Leda was super helpful and communicative in both designing the ring and discussing different options. The ring itself is absolutely gorgeous and I could not have asked for any better. Not only that, they were able to give us a great price and deliver it early, even with the busy holiday season. I can’t wait to work with them again in the future for wedding bands and any other jewelry needs - I would give them 6 stars if I could. Thanks again to the Livia team for the fantastic experience.
Aret was super helpful from the moment I arrived. The space is clean, welcoming, and really well put together. Idaya and Pia at the front desk were super friendly and made the whole vibe even better. They offered me beverages, and the coffee was actually good! Aret helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and really knows his stuff, which made the whole process smooth. If you’re going to invest in jewelry, this is the type of staff and energy you want around you. Aret is a true professional and master at his craft. He’s patient and understanding when it comes to wants and needs from his clients while also considerate on your budget. His customer service is also second to none, I purchased a ring from him in 2019 and had a minor bend and a small missing diamond from the band, he fixed and replaced the diamond at no extra cost! Highly recommend
