Terrible shipping process because they use a subpar shipping service. Avoid for anything important. Not only that their return process is not transparent. They claim a full refund if you opt for a gift card. However, once you go through with it it states the shipping fee ($30!!! For trash delivery) is non refundable. Oh and additional variable fees if you don't accept an exchange. The latter is ar least noted. Go with an established company.
