Many reasons to give less then one star. They don't honor the hours posted, so good luck even getting inside the place. The owner is very very RUDE and abrasive. Bring your business elsewhere because apparently this guy doesn't need anyone's business.
I Went there at 4:45 on a day they close at 6:30. The door was locked and the man inside was ignoring us. I finally get him to come over and he just yells at me telling me to leave because he's cleaning. Very rude man that works there should have some customer service training. We were planning on spending a good amount of money in the store for a custom ring now I rather go anywhere else. Good luck if ur planning to stop in here the door will probably be locked or if you do get in ul just have terrible service.
The clasp on my son's necklace broke, but despite taking it to several places, nobody said they could repair it. I took it to Jacky and he did a fantastic job. It looks as good as new, and he polished the chain as a courtesy. It was wonderful to browse around the shop and look at unique jewellry and interesting antiques.
My son and I brought in a non-functional 1908 Waltham railroad pocket watch for repair. Jacky worked pretty hard to get this fixed and the results were spectacular. We were thrilled with the work and my son felt really special along the way. Great job!
