The worst experience I had in a store. I don’t usually write Google reviews but this owner is extremely rude and condescending. I came in with a fob and a few keys to copy but he didn’t copy my fob and only returned the original copy. He never made a copy and then blamed me for everything, he even assumed I stole it! I promptly asked him to check the cameras over and over but he was hesitant to do so. I even came in after a few days asking if he checked the cameras and he said NO! This just further shows that he doesn’t care about his customers and is scamming them. The owner also seems to have some mental issues and shouldn’t be running the store as he kept going on tangents about the mafia and other irrelevant topics.
The fob I was given doesn’t work in my building. When I went back to get a new one done, Sam was very rude and condescending, clearly didn’t want to create a new one. His tone was aggressive so I left. I basically paid for a fob that doesn’t work and now I have to go pay for one somewhere else.
Needed a key fob copied quick due to some issues and was able to get it done really quick using the machine. Would def use again in case I need a few more handy.
