Great quality keys, speed as advertised, lots of designs, however only accept credit cards and has big branding on brass keys and subtle branding on designs.
Hi, I used Centre Point Mall machine in the Food Court to cut keys for my new Tenants. It seems to be designed for Bronze Keys only as I could not choose the Key Type although I can see that the machine is equipped to provide other types other than Bronze. I tried to see if the Menu on the screen gives this but I could not figure it out. If there is a process to do this, it is not clear and easy on the Menu Screen. I save some good money during this time of tight budgets and did appreciate your $1 coupons. I tried to copy Canada Post Mail Box keys but it seems those are not available for security reasons and can only be attained from Canada Post or from a Lock Smith.
Don't waste your time and go elsewhere. They have no knowledge how to copy keys. The lady wasted two keys and wasn't able to make them. Even visually there were different from original. She was unprofessional and careless. Told me to go elsewhere.
The lady was rude, inattentive, didn't look me in the eye, couldn't care less about my request, used the wrong key template and the copy is unusable and that has caused me a lot of trouble! I'll call their manager and express my complaint.
