We love our new kitchen cabinets! Andy and Vlad make a great team. They were very accommodating and the work was meticulous. This was my first attempt at contracting our new home and we used several cabinet contractors. ModernPlus was by far the best and we wish we used them for all cabinets.
We had our Schröder kitchen installed by Andy this summer, and we are absolutely thrilled with the work that he did. He was incredibly accommodating throughout the process and made sure that every detail was covered. His installer, Vlad, was incredibly meticulous and not a single panel is a hair out of place. Even though the kitchen is imported from Germany, it was still very affordable for what it is. I don’t think we’d ever go to anyone else.
Our new renovated kitchen looks wonderful: cotemporary ambience created by the simply designed quality cabinets, countertops and backsplashes. It looks the way we envisioned. We appreciated the knowledge and the keen eyes for details Andy, the principal of Modernplus Kitchen and Bath Design, contributed to the design. His management of the project showed calmness throughout the project offering advice, ideas, solutions to hiccups and answering our questions. We also appreciated the connections Modernplus Kitchen and Bath Design has with great trades people. We just entrusted them for their skills and knowledge. Long overdue but after living with our new kitchen for almost a year we still love as much as the day Andy and his team completed it! We went in with a clear idea of what we were looking for and Andy guided us through the process. He presented options for my vision at various price points and connected us with multiple suppliers and tradespeople to work with. I even managed to convince him that brushed gold toe kicks would be amazing, and they are! Thank you so much Andy for always picking up the phone and responding to emails in a timely manner. Along with your installer Vlad, our project ran on time, super clean and on budget - except for when I decided to change it. Cannot recommend ModernPlus enough!
Modernplus did an fantastic job on my bathroom renovation, and new front hall closet. With a contemporary minimalist design and muted colour tones, my bathroom is modern, calming, and has a spa vibe. I love it! Andy did an amazing job of the design. His advice on colour, tiles, counter top, and hardware were all 'spot on', with respect to the look and feel I was aiming for. On top of this, Andy designed and built a new front hall closet. Coats, shoes, and accessories are now well organized, and look well organized! Modernplus also did my kitchen renovation two years ago, and using them again for a bathroom renovation and new hall closet says it all. Andy is mindful of budget and has come in on budget for both kitchen and bathroom projects. He is honest, trustworthy, sincere, has a good eye for design and colour, and has a cheerful and most pleasant demeanor He is a pleasure to know and work with, Modernplus did a fantastic job for my renovations and I would highly recommend them!
