Five star. Always very fast response time for customer service and every employees I've talked to were highly knowledgeable and were able to provide really great buying experience at the shop. I made an investment for my first Japanese cutting board and a Japanese chef's knife here and couldn't be happier. I've recently had an issue with the knife from misusage and once again the customer support has been such a great help in guiding me with proper use and care for the knife. Highly recommended.

Such a great experience purchasing my first Japanese knife. Hansen was so knowledgeable and very patient with all the questions I had. He was honest and detailed in his description and explanation of each knife I was looking at. Finally decided on this beautiful santoku and the larch wood Canada board. I’ll forsure be heading back to purchase a petty knife ! Thanks again Hansen !
