I didn’t pay attention to the previous bad reviews, giving the benefit of the doubt, since I didn’t have any bad experiences with this dry cleaner. Until I pick up my last order yesterday. The ruined one of my favorite new pull-over. There is a bleach stain on the left side that definitely wasn’t there before.

I had a wonderful experience with this dry cleaner. The staff were polite and attentive, the prices are reasonable, and the quality of cleaning is outstanding. My suits came back looking fresh and perfectly pressed. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to others!

Amazing service! My clothes always come back looking brand new. The staff is so friendly and the turnaround is super quick. I wouldn't trust my garments with anyone else.

Last year, I was first introduced to the drycleaner’s services when I had made travel plans but needed quick button replacement. They worked to provide me the service in very good time. We were able to travel and feel assured that we would be kept warm by our clothing without buttons flying off like they did in the past. Recently, they did a great job dry cleaning my and my mother’s winter coats. Time for the cold. Their prices are very reasonable and the staff is very kind and accommodating. I’ve seen them not change demeanour, even when a stressed out and jittery guy (not me haha) shows up requesting services. I 100% recommend drycleaner!!!! Try them and see for yourself!!!

They ruined my very expensive jacket. They are the worst dry cleaners. I gave them a very expensive white jacket which only had some dirt marks and when they returned to me I didn’t check it at that time by the time I checked and opened it from the packaging a month had already passed and I was leaving Toronto. The jacket was torn, had more marks and only looked good from the outside. DO NOT GO HERE.

Worst customer service and experience. I am sure this review will be deleted by management but until then it’s worth reading I walked into the dry cleaner at St Clair and Bathurst inside the loblaws location while trying to pull up their URL that is displayed on street front offering $5.00 off when visiting the site. As a fist time user of the location my service spiralled downward The attendant did not listen when I asked about services and dropping off my dress. He asked pick up? I said no I’m inquiring about services and the discount on a site that is not up and running. He asked the older lady who was very kind to help. She proceeded to explain that their is new management and the site does not work and any advertisements are old but said they would offer 10% off. The young man proceeded to ask for my phone number and I said so what is my new price and why won’t you honour $5 off? He just said no. I asked for the owners name and he refused to talk to me and give me any information. I told him this is awful customer service and when I asked him what I did wrong to not give me this info he just kept saying I don’t want to talk. I explained if your signs are old and your website is down should new information not be provided. He shoood me away. When you do a Google search on who owns the location and info is provided when clicking on the hyper link you are directed to another site for car service. As an employee of the customer service industry I find this service distasteful and unprofessional

I had a few things I needed stains removed from. They were THOUGH stains, a few of the items had them lingering for a while cause they had gone unnoticed until I moved to my new place. When I picked up the stuff I noticed a note and the lady who game them back to me told me that the stains were too hard to get out. I was afraid that would be the case so it was taken in consideration when I first dropped them in. however, I used the sheets I picked up on my bed after that and inspected it and the stains were barely noticeable (the sheets are white), yes I could see that very faded purple that bleed from the comforter, but it wasn't as bad as it was, as I had to REALLY look for it. what I brought in was mostly white and they were all nicely revived and, aside from 1 particulate item, all the stains seems to have been taken care of nicely :) Clearly they have a high standard for themselves and I really appreciate it. I am really satisfied with their job and honestly.
