Second time coming here. I use the self serve. Today I was the only customer there, and when I realized I was a quarter short for the load, I asked the young woman working if she could get me change for a loonie and toonie, she said of course and went to the back to grab me change. The owner came out and yelled that "She shouldn't have done that" and grabbed the change from my hand. I was so confused and frankly frightened. She explained that I had asked for change and he gave back the change to me. I felt very uncomfortable while I waited for my load. I then put the load in the dryer, and the owner began to move my load (3 TIMES) from different machines (because the heat wasn't working?) without notifying me. I waited 80 minutes for a 25 minute drying job. Will not be returning.
The place is clean, but there's no WiFi. The waiting time is long without WiFi.
Nice and clean facility. Friendly and helpful staff Washing machine and driers work well. A change machine would be a great on premises.
Took a small amount of clothing to be washed & dried this past Thursday & this afternoon (Saturday). Great service. The place is spotless & there are many different types of W/Ds to choose from.Had a relaxing & fun chat with the owner & one of his staff who were very busy but found time to talk & listen. And my clothes came out spotless. Highly recommend.
Very good personal service. The gentleman there will take good care of you and make sure you have a successful and enjoyable time. Yonge street is an easy walk from the city through lots of shops. Highly recommend from a traveler that has been to laundromats worldwide.
