I ordered a TUMI Gold Limited Edition carry on from B Hemmings & Co. After I ordered the carry on the sales staff called me to confirm the purchase and gave me a timeline for when my carry on would arrive in Florida. The sales staff was courteous, professional, and gracious. They wrote and left an accompanying note with in the package. I would highly recommend B Hemmings & Co., as a company to call when you wish to fulfill your luxury travel needs, they are outstanding!
Michael is a true professional. He took the time to answer all our questions and demonstrate features of the various models we were considering. It’s certainly evident he knows not only his products but also those of the brands he doesn’t carry. He never pushed a product or the sale. We came in “to look” and ended up buying - and look forward to our upcoming trip and to putting our purchase to use!
Hi. They were fine on the phone but after i bought an expensive luggage and got into a problem with it on my first week , they were really bad. They only tried to convince me it was normal. I have never got service finally. Very bad experience overall.
