I need a new travel crossbody to replace my old ones, with thebay closed down, there are not many choices left. I am so glad that actual store is still exist. Being not a fan of Amazon, I made my trip to downtown. The trip was worthwhile, the owner( I believe) are very professional and friendly, they gave good suggestions and options, and I was very happy about my new bags. They have so many choices of different material color designs brand and price ranges, I can make comparisons and decision by one visit. Their website only shows a small portion of what they have. It saves me time. A bag is something you have to see and try on, can’t understand there are almost no bag store left in Toronto. Glad to find one!

We just purchased 3 pieces of luggage from Winston at the store. He was lovely to deal with, extremely knowledgeable about the various brands, very patient & very honest. The store has good selection of suitcase brands & other travel products. A pleasure to deal with. We had a great experience and would return to the store again!
A wonderful family-run business of 36+ years that really knows their stuff about luggage. They have a huge inventory of some top brands including Tumi and Victorinox. They have a new loyal customer!

This store has been around 35 years for a reason. They have a fantastic selection of travel bags and luggage. I think this is a family run business. They are the only retailer that still carries Hedgren bags in all of Canada right now. I could not find them in Vancouver so I made it a point to visit this store which I recall from 25 yrs ago when I was in Toronto. They had a great selection of Hedgren. I bought two items! I will come back to this store whenever I am in town! 5 stars to the customer service too!
My wife and I were visiting Toronto from the UK. We needed some extra luggage and are fans of Briggs & Riley. We sought out deCatarina as a local B&R supplier and visited the store. The range of products on display was pretty comprehensive - better than leading department stores in London. The staff were very helpful and we eventually bought 2 B&R suitcases for our journey home.
