They have lots of hidden fees we were charged almost $500 extra, a fee we did not expect and no explanation (apparently bridge loan legal fee) be aware! During the process we asked multiple times for a proper quote but we're always sent the stuff from their advert, nothing else.
After I confirmed costs and they sent all probable costs to me I cancelled my deal with my previous lawyer since he had not been honest about costs again, then these people added another 500 CAD (for time constraint which they had already known) to their fees! I cancelled the deal right away... but no one took responsibility!
