An extremely disappointing experience. It’s such a shame that a store that professes to be grateful for local small business support cannot extend that same courtesy back to the customer. Edited in response: What makes a small business so customer-friendly is their ability to assess each situation on an individual basis. The underwear had very clearly not been tampered with in any way and therefore is perfectly able to be returned to the shelf. A rational and common sense approach would surely allow for some flexibility in store policy.
Love this store ,the quality is of the highest standard.Yes you might pay more but it is because the quality is outstanding.Staff is super friendly and super helpful in what you are looking for.Hands down i do not shop anywhere else .They also have many products , I bought a pair of pajamas that i live in after work.
