This is the best Store in Toronto . If you’re looking for a new bra and need help with finding the right size or a different style this is the store for you . I just had the best experience today after a personal bra fitting with this wonderful kind young lady . She is so knowledgeable and patient. I found the right size and purchased 2 new bras. The woman behind the cash is so nice I’ve been coming here for many years the overall experience is . Professional Attentive Kind and experienced. It’s important to find a good fitting bra . Thank you once again ladies for helping me .
This is the best bra store I’ve shopped at in Toronto. They always have a great range of styles that feel exactly right for what I’m looking for. I’ve tried other places over the years, but I always come back because nothing compares to SFYS for customer care, quality, and thoughtful, fashionable product curation. Shout-out to Cassie, who helped me today. I emailed her a list of styles before my appointment, and she had everything pulled and ready when I arrived. She was professional, knowledgeable, and she made sure I found exactly what I needed (and more). If you’re looking for a proper fitting and beautiful pieces that last, this is the place.
This is my staple bra store, and with all the bad reviews over the last couple years I was super hesitant to book another appointment. However, I went recently and had the same great experience as usual! SFYS makes bra shopping SO easy, I love it. The person that was assigned to me did a great job at giving me lots of options and there was no pressure in my decision, it felt like my decision was my own to make based on all the wonderful bras selected and fitted for me. You DO have to go into the appointment willing to purchase a bra, that is true, however, what's the point of bra shopping if you're not going to follow through with the sale at the end? In this economy I found the prices quite reasonable, ~$90 on the low end and ~$160 on the high end (I'm sure they carry more expensive ones but none of those were presented to me). And, the $25 appointment fee is subtracted from the price of the bra. So as long as you make a purchase, there's no fee. Plus, I think $25 is a perfectly reasonable fee to spend 50 minutes with someone who knows how to properly select and fit a bra. The other critique in the bad reviews I wanted to address is that you need to be specific about what kind of bra you're looking for and be open to what they carry. Like any other store, they can't carry E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G. I went in looking for a strapless and they only had nude strapless bras (with limited supply of black which was sold out at the time of my appointment). And due to the time constraint of 50 minutes, they can only really help with 1 bra type at a time. Which, they divide into specific categories such as everyday/t-shirt bra, lacey/fun/lingerie, strapless, etc. However, the associate helping me managed to sneak in some t-shirt/everyday bras to quickly try on at the end of my appointment. There was no pressure to buy so they saved some of the t-shirt bras on file so I could come back and order at a later date. At the end of the day I walked away with exactly what I was looking for (a staple strapless for dresses/events) and a little bit more (everyday option that I could order later). And, if I ever want to try on more in the different categories, I can always go back :) All around a great experience, the associate was body affirming, kind, considerate, respected my privacy, and everything else you could ask for when dealing with such an intimate piece of clothing. SFYS continues to be THE place to get my bras!

This boutique is a wonderful place to (finally!) find an incredible fit in lingerie. Both Barbara and Denise are fantastic—personable and knowledgeable. Denise patiently worked with me and gave me great options in bras and underwear—she is an expert at what she does. Kudos to them as well, for insisting on PPE for the visit: wearing a mask was not inconvenient nor uncomfortable. Recommend it highly!
I had an AMAZING experience at SFYS. (I loathe shopping for bras). Denise asked me what I was looking for (smooth cup, no seams, support), and expertly took two quick measurements. Denise promptly returned with a bra for me to try on, to gauge sizing. IT WAS PERFECT!! I wanted to wear that bra out of the store. Denise presented me with four other bras in the second colour I had requested. There were fitting concerns I had NOT articulated to Denise (gapping, bra cutting in at the front creating what I call ‘quadraboobs’). Denise brought me bras that addressed my unspoken bra needs. I loved how notations were taken on what I had purchased previously, and there is a Wish List so I can put the ones I want to purchase in the future. I highly recommend Secrets From Your Sister. I wish I had an experience like this when I was a teen being fitted. I wish I had brought my daughters to be fitted. I truly look forward to my next purchase.
Fantastic experience! Could not recommend more highly. Tara was fabulous, the bra-fitting was life-changing, and I'm obsessed with my new lingerie. Will 100% be back!
