Needed a lamb leg with bone in. I had gone to two grocery stores and called a few butchers in the area. Last ditch I stopped at this shop and they were technically closed for renovations, but they let me in and cut me a fresh leg on the spot. Canadian lamb as opposed to the NZ ones at most major grocers and actually cheaper! This is my new go to for meat. Very appreciative of their service.
Very friendly staff, and always willing to quickly make custom cuts, or order in something they don't have. Glad to have this place in my neighbourhood.
We’ve coming here for a long time and always have received good service and good meat and chicken but recently, a couple of times I cooked the chicken mince and there was a foul smell and taste! So bad that I had to bin it. It seemed if the chicken had gone bad. It happened so many times that I have stopped shopping here. Please make sure you re serving good quality meat and it’s safe to eat too
The owner is an awesome and clean guy with a lot of concern for cleanliness. I was surprised by the freshness and well cleaned area inside. there was no smell like typical meat stores. Overall, very happy with my visit.
