Really unreliable service here. Today I got there more than an hour before closing and after waiting in line they would not cut the pork chops I needed because the machine was already cleaned. I have been a loyal customer here for years because of the prices but next time I will pay the premium and go to Sanagan’s.
The ladies were very disrespectful, rude and racist. They started serving people who came in after when I patiently waited there for about 15 minutes. They started mocking me in their language.
Excellent value during the Ukrainian Fest. Sausage on a bun is our go to meal for the last 22 years. Value can't be beat, thank you for keeping the price steady.
This is the second time I’ve been to this meat store and the woman are absolutely disrespectful rude the absolute worst customer service I’ve been to I spent about $500 already and I will not spend another penny in this place again.
Bought a really nice pork loin roast here. Staff was super helpful and the price was on point. Also had yeast available for baking which I couldn't find anywhere else!
Great products, but the staff kills that experience with extremely rude attitude, especially if you are not Polish. It always seems to be the opposite - if you ask them to help you, they tell you to get 'a number', and if you have a number, they don't help you. I would say 5 stars for products but one star for business operations and for sales/customer service.
They used to have such a great smoked pork ribs 2 years ago when I was living at high Park, but we bought them twice during last year, they taste terrible
