We ordered food and had to go pee. I asked one of the staff if they can clean the toilet since it is clogged. She just said okay but didn't clean the toilet at all. It is not busy as it's Sunday evening , November 16th and no one else is inside the resto except us. Had to hold my bladder in as I can't pee in such a dirty washroom. Better reorient your staff to also maintain cleanliness in the environment.
Bad food bad service and the worst no proper seats to sit. These people don't know what arabic kebab or basic kebab is. The staff at the counter need to learn how to smile and greet their customers.
I recieved my order from uber last night. It made me feel like I wasted my money as they hardly put garlic sauce. Also, whenever I ordered from them, they always said that we don’t have lentil rice Otherwise food is good but they ruined my order that cost me around 30$
Their food is disgusting their chicken tastes so bad and the whole plater is filled with digusting sauce. The large portion is not big I am never coming again.I prefer laziz from Ottawa way better.
Meat is dry not fresh and tough, prob frozen from before, beef isnt even skewered on display but kept in the back, chicken is served from drawers. They ovetsauce to hope you dont notice. Do not recommend!
It was my first time here. Love the food and the garlic sauce is awesome The front staff helped me choose the item and were very quick in making it. The place is well maintained, very clean and good seating
Walk-in the place was very clean and nice for my first time visiting it. The server come yo greet us right away and yo take our orders, it was at night so it wasn't a busy time, but it was welcoming. The food was great no complain about it. Would visit there again.
