I had a great experience at Mercedes Benz. The manager Navi was extremely helpful professional and supportive throughout the entire process. The salesperson Hamid was also fantastic knowledgeable patient and easy to work with. Together they made everything smooth stress free and enjoyable. Truly excellent customer service and highly recommended.

Terrible customer service and they play all the regular dealership games when confronted with their own failures I dropped my car off at 10am for a simple service. Not a single word from them until late in the day when they told me they hadn't even looked at it yet. When I followed up the next day, I had to play phone tag for 4 hours not knowing what was going on. No excuse for this disrespectful behaviour I've taken my business elsewhere and wont return

AAA so I shipped one of my cars for my son from California to Toronto, California. Calabasas Mercedes was servicing it. They were always very good. I came to the New Toronto location AAA. These guys were fantastic. I had a problem with my bulbs. I didn’t wanna make a big fuss about it make an appointment check me in then mechanic. Be there for two hours and get a bill for $600, they took me in at that moment. I walked in with Allison at the front, so Pleasant Paul, the service advisor and of course the main guy Richard!!! the head mechanic just fabulous guy. You won my heart over you got my business moving forward actually I may even trade in my person Audi for a New Mercedes but service I’m coming there thank you I’m so pleased. Thank you for looking after me.
