Warning light appeared on the dash for a coolant issue in my husband’s EQE350. He was close to MB Queensway and dropped in unexpectedly and the Service Team there were TERRIFIC!! Fast, professional and customer focused! A simple topping up of fluid under the front hood that is not accessible by EV owners. Mert, MB’s Customer Service Manager, was FANTASTIC! (As was the tech he brought along!) In and out in 10 minutes! WOW!….that is exemplary service by the entire team! Thank You Mert!!
Amazing service by Frank! I got stuck with my van in the middle of the road and they assisted us by sending in a service technician and got everything fixed within 3-4 hours. Highly recommend Frank for any of your needs with Sprinter

I purchased a 2018 Sprinter Van for a cross-Canada tour my daughter was on this past spring. When she’s not touring, I rent out the van to earn some extra income. A few weeks ago, the van broke down in Quebec City during a rental, and the situation was incredibly stressful. Getting the van back to Toronto and finding a trustworthy repair shop was a real challenge. I needed a place that could assess the van quickly, as I had two upcoming rentals. Most Mercedes Van centers across the GTA were fully booked and couldn’t even look at the van for weeks. When I called Mercedes Toronto Queensway, Frank D’Onofrio, the service manager, went above and beyond to help. He made sure the van would be inspected as soon as it arrived and promptly provided the necessary repair report for my insurance company. Frank was consistently responsive, always getting back to me with answers quickly. Considering the extensive work and parts required, the turnaround was impressively fast—I was back on the road in just a couple of days. Frank even approved additional repairs at no extra cost that weren’t originally part of the job, saving me further stress and delays with my insurance. When I picked up the van, I was pleasantly surprised to find they had vacuumed the entire interior and washed the exterior—saving me a few hours of work. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service at Mercedes Toronto Queensway, especially thanks to Frank’s outstanding support.
