Where do I start…. I’d give 6 stars if I could. Took our party of 10 people last minute without reservation due to issues at another salon and communicated expectations effectively from the get go (explaining that our group will have to take turns and some of us wait a little for others to finish before we can get started, we gratefully accepted). They provided amazing service across the board, was very accommodating, and every single person in our party is beyond satisfied with their experience and nails! I believe we all unanimously agreed it was our best salon experience and results any one of us had ever had. Shoutout to Lena who did my manicure, she did such a great job on my extra short nail request!! Although, all of the employees were very skilled and paid good attention to detail. I had a lot of small details on my nails and despite my picky requests Lena kindly followed through, not to mention asking if I was satisfied after every detail. I will definitely be coming again whenever I’m in town, and our work party is also looking forward to the next time we can come here! Thank you so much for everything! Such a great place! They’re talented and friendly, and the girl I’ve seen there, Vivian, she’s an awesome nail artist and very personable and sweet. She remembers what we’ve talked about previously and is just such a gem! 10/10 recommend!
I've been here a couple times and it's usually fine. Their prices aren't bad. Sept 1 2023 was the worst experience I've ever had doing my nails ANYWHERE. As you can see from the picture, the woman caused bleeding on almost all of my fingers due to cutting my cuticles too deeply as well as filing it roughly. Though she apologized and put acetone and polysporin on it, when I was leaving and asked if I have to pay full price for that, she said yes and that it's common for this to happen to people. I was really upset and asked to speak to a manager and she told me that there are no managers there. Her coworker came and gave me a $5 discount only because I threatened to leave a bad review which is completely insufficient in my opinion given that my fingers were burning and in pain for a few days later. I typically wouldn't veto an establishment over one employee's bad service however due to the overall poor customer service, I have to say that I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They just care about the money and not the customers.
They cut me twice and no discount. Lost me as a customer. Been going there for 5 years. The gentleman shouldn't do nails. He doesn't know how to be gentle and does a very bad job.
I got UV gel on my nails less than a week ago and they’re already falling off. Very disappointed, paid $60 for a refill and 5 days later I need to get them re done. First and last time I will be coming here.
My friend and I went to get a pedicure yesterday, very unhappy with the work that was done . They do not focus on what they're doing. Never going there again. Try to focus on what you are doing , and treat your customers more with care and interest.
we came 30 minutes late because of traffic and they still allowed us to have our appointment! I had Tracey do my pedicure and Bev do my shellac manicure. they were so speedy and amazing! Very attentive to detail and lovely. I recommend anyone to book those two and to bring cash!
