The newer staff at the salon is SOOO pushy! I’m sorry but this was my last visit to this location. After receiving several smirks, and laughs on my decision of getting my nails removed, and listening to them speaking ill about me in their language, I’m NOT returning to give them my time and money. The older staff was so much better, and it was so much easier to communicate with them!
I came here to get a shellac manicure on the morning of a wedding I was attending. They did a great job. My nails were beautiful. The staff here were also very friendly and the salon was very clean. I’ll definitely be back!
My favorite nail spa .Always nice to have Cindy to do my pedicure and Lily doing my manicure . The manager is very helpful as well choosing my nail color for my hands .Service and cleanliness is excellent .Would highly recommend to my friends and neighbors who all live by the junction area .
I came here on Sunday with my kids for my birthday. My kids got some shellac on their nails and it was cute. My boyfriend paid for the most expensive foot service there for me, just for me to get cut on my cuticle. Honestly the girl was so apologetic, but it just still ruined the experience for me. My big toe was bleeding, and throbbing the entire time. I know sometimes these things happen, but my toe is throbbing to this day and i’m annoyed at this point.
I’ve been coming to your salon for a couple of months now, and today’s experience has left me extremely frustrated. I noticed the staff keeps changing, and today, I had a particularly disappointing experience. The nails I received were all different lengths, and when I tried to point it out to the technician, she seemed annoyed and dismissive. Not only did I leave feeling unsatisfied with the quality of my nails, but I was also charged more than usual without any clear explanation. I even mentioned to the receptionist that I wasn’t happy with how my nails turned out, but there was no attempt to make things right or offer a solution. I’m truly upset by the lack of professionalism and customer care. I really enjoy coming to your salon, but after today, I’m reconsidering my future visits.
