Such a nice person who gave it their all but sadly I would like to pay a bit more and get it done more professionally in a cleaner salon. I wonder what the working conditions are here.
Really really bad .. I came home and my nails look like shit … I never get a manicure but decided to …. Uneven polish streaks just a bad job and a waste of money … they also charged me twice saying the first payment didn’t go through… I immediately checked my account and sure enough the first payment went through .. the did give me the cash back however … but overall amateur hour! I guess it depends who you get!
Please think three times before going here. No one here knows how to paint nails, two different people tried to paint my toes and at the end I asked them to forget it. The technician mocked me and said my toes were the problem, unbelievable! Very unprofessional, and fake reviews on here. Please read the lowest reviews as they reflect the real nature of this place. They also used old nail polish and kept adding acetone to it, obviously their ethics are lacking. She had the audacity to charge me extra to remove the toe polish after quoting an original price. It's so bad please avoid this place.
I’ve been coming here and their previous location for years, and have overall had great experiences. Laura is amazing and does my nails quickly and perfectly every time. She’s super friendly and I look forward to appointments with her! Today, I had someone new do my nails, as Laura was not in. After many requests to fix the quality of her work, she refused to fix my nails. The nails were unfiled, thick, the French tips were uneven, and the polish was still sticky (photo attached of French tips). The woman doing my pedicure, An, saw this and stayed past closing to fix my nails after the girl doing my nails refused . The nails came out great and she really went the extra mile (the photo of the pink nails), thank you An! If you are looking to come in I would highly recommend Laura or An!!
I called to make an appointment for acrylic refill. However, unprofessionalism was the vibe over there. They booked 4 customers for different services at the same time and only one person to serve Who was trying to call someone for help and was clearly annoyed. So I said I just want a shellac colour change. Please make it smooth and do a similar colour that I have on. I could not make out a single word she said behind the mask. probably she was talking to me and someone else at the same time in their language. She started removing the colour and ended up completely removing my extensions before I could understand what was happening. Then she asked for $65 plus $20 for renewal plus taxes. Am sorry what? I never asked to take off the extensions or to put new set on. I said at least finish this with a clear coat of paint or any colour. They she I have to pay another $30 for that. She didn’t do that either. I left without getting anything done with confusion, chapped nails and a heavy heart on my birthday ?Definitely Never ever going back!
Paint all over my hands, rough work, used non-electric abrasive nail buffer on my hands and resulted in a very bad rash 10 minutes after leaving persisting and worsening currently. Edit: Microcuts resulted in stabbing
It’s been a while since I just walked in randomly from the street for nails and waxing (due to some not great experience) and the staff in this place was amazing! Highly recommend
