I use to like the place in the past , I am a 2 y customer, who ever is in charge is always rushing the person wich is doing my pedi, not letting her finish her job properly , pushing her if she can do 3 people at oance good …,,,they just speak loud in them language , I expres in polite couple of time they were laughing rude .I bleed 2-3 times pain in the nail it’s getting horrible I gave a very good tip always I book in time polite etc Very very very disappointed ☹️ same sleeping on her self snoring when she wake his not talking she yelling nervous Can’t believe they are still operating ……, But they like to be paid in cash of course They are many other places around I have options ……. Piece of friendly advice: change your approach and learn same english…..,,
HORRIBLE. EXTREMELY DIRTY. MY NAILS ARE COMPLETELY UNEVEN, BUMPY. The workers are nice but the quality of work is the worst I’ve had. And paid a fair amount for this horrible job. Not happy. Would like a refund !!
Pedicure was fine but the refill of nails was horribly shaped and the shellac polish is already falling apart. It seems they’re only good at pedicures.
I didn't get a proper manicure done. My cuticles weren't trimmed even though they clearly needed to be. Worst part, Shellac colour started chipping all over within 3 days which I've never expierenced chipping before
Any did a fabulous job! Was going to a wedding and needed something very neutral and simple. I bite my nails and pick at the cuticles — she did a great tending to the red and broken skin. She was also extremely attentive whenever I asked her to fix something.
I came for the first time. the lady who was fixing my nail had a very bad behavior She threw my phone on the floor and laughed? And didn't even apologize! had to go for three days in a row to have my nails fixed I asked them to return my money but they said no refund. My fingers hurt a lot but they did not pay attention I pay 320$ for pedicure & manicure The worst customer service experience I've ever had. Don't recommend here at all
I had a nail date planned with my step daughters. It was to be a girl date before leaving. Made an appointment a week in advance for the three of us. Called the morning of to confirm. All good. We arrive. Nope. They said they took walk ins and can’t help us. The girls are upset our girl day now doesn’t include the major thing we had planned. Very unprofessional and bad business sense. Luckily there are lots of nail places on the street that will now get my business moving forward.
