Really conflicted about this place. First time i went i was with Hanna and she was AMAZING. the shape did and care she had was outstanding, second time i go to book i didn’t realize Hannah’s hours didn’t align with my work schedule, i got booked with another lady who barely acknowledged me whole time i was there. My nails were different shapes and very thick and bio gel is falling off, she also cut majority of my fingers. Insanely upsetting experience For that i have chosen to go somewhere else but if you can book with Hanna - highly recommend it
I come in here all the time for my pedicure please make sure you are booking correctly appointments the lady who pick up the phone barely speaking English it’s always some problem whit my appointments ? and make sure when I pay for my pedicure I get a massage to on my feet ?
Not a very good experience. The pedicure chairs are all falling apart and broken. There was a really funky smell in the salon. The manicurist rushed and did a really poor job. I removed the polish as soon as I could. The application was really sloppy. With so many manicure and pedicure places to choose from I wouldn't ever go back to Forest Spa.
One of the worst experiences. Went for a mani pedi - they made me wait for 30 mins even though I had an appointment. My feet was crusty and even after the pedi, it was still crusty, they barely did their job and it was very expensive for the level of work they did. Will never go back. Never recommend.
I used to like the girls who work there they are very friendly even though everytime I do gel nails it gets peeled within days and one time it happened the next day, I still kept going but today it was awful, I had waxing done by a lady for the first time (I did it before by the other two girls) to my upper lips, chin and eyebrows and I got burned everywhere in my face upper and sides of lips, chin and side of my left eye. When she finished and applied aloe vera on my face I could feel burning sensation which was unusual. By the time I was home I could see the red spots and I Ive had since then constant feeling of burning and discomfort as it got worse as the day progresses. They shouldn't let someone who clearly doesn't have any experience with waxing do this job, Now I paid to be left with burns all over my face, Im going away in a week to a warmer place, I can't be in the sun. Iam extremely disapointed, it's depressing. I don't want to go there again.
Tired of running errands? get a quick foot massage here.. My first visit to this location was wonderful. Great vibe and friendly, helpful staff. very relaxing.. Sarah and her team does an amazing job.. you feel good, relaxed and happy
Forest Nails is great! Hanna is fabulous with bio gel, dipping or design. I look forward to the surprise of each mani/pedi! All of the girls are great! I have been going here for over two years now and it is the only place I will go! Thank you!
