I went here after looking for a new place around me for a year after my favourite girl left the place I had been going to for ages. I am extremely picky with my nails and haven’t been able To find someone I love- until now. I messaged their instagram with a few pictures from their reviews and asked who did them. She wasn’t working the day I wanted to go and I was assured that many staff were able to do this type of nails (not even design, just shape etc.) and responded very quickly to my inquiries. I booked with Hannah and she was AMAZING! Super patient, detail oriented, and so nice. The pricing was in line with anywhere else you would go around here (but why everywhere charges $10 for a manicure is still beyond me). 9.99999999/10 I go home and immediately file my nails to the shape I like but didn’t even have to this time. Everything was perfect. I will 100% be returning for my next biogel fill.
Lily is a fantastic nail artist! She took the time to ensure everything was perfect and gave thoughtful recommendations to help keep my nails healthy. Everyone working is kind and made me feel very welcome. Highly recommend!
Took my girlfriend here for a pedi and Mani for her bday.Great attention to detail and they do not rush. My girlfriend was smiling the whole time. Nhi did such an amazing job on the pedi, thank you! Background music was perfect and a huge selection on colors. We will be back for sure! Thank you!
They messed up my nail I went there for a shellac pedicure the next day my nail looked like that..I went to tell them this happened they fixed it but first they argued that it was my fault that I didnt dry it properly ..I have been going for pedicures for 10 yrs now and never had this problem anywhere else...The next day 3 more nails were damaged..they do not know what they are doing
racist lash tech. My mother just walked in today for an appointment that she booked -- When she arrived, the tech took one quick look at her, and told her "I can't work on your type of lashes", which is absolutely ridiculous and something I've never heard of in my life? My mom asked for an explanation and the tech said nothing else and continued working on her other client. When my mom asked the person at the front desk for clarity, the woman there was complicit. They offered my mom nothing but a "sorry". Shame on you people. You horrified and embarrassed my poor mother who came all the way from Mississauga to see you, on the promise from a friend of hers that you would give her amazing service. Gross.
I had a fantastic acrylic nail experience at this salon. The technicians were talented and created a stunning set of nails for me. The salon had a welcoming atmosphere, and I'll definitely be returning for more.
