Would recommend confirming the price before you get your service done as they ended up charging me 3x more for the same service I’ve done with them before - will not be returning
Decided to give Harbour Nails a try for a shellac manicure. The quality of work is poor. For fixing a nail that broke the next day, the charges were higher than original service price. found that pretty rude, especially for a first-time customer. Instead of trying to help out or keep my business, they just wanted more money. I don’t recommend this spot. There are tons of other nail places around here with way better customer service.
I was walking around the lake and found this Nails Salon. It is a convenience location, the price is ok, the salon is clean. They did a great Manicure. I will use their service again If I have chance to go to downtown.
Horrible job, I’m so disappointed. The lady rushed and didn’t let the coats set (there were 2 customers waiting she wanted to get to), she kept applying layers to try to fix blemishes which resulted in an uneven look. She didn’t redo it until I specifically asked for it. There didn’t seem to be a sense of ownership over doing a good job. At the end, I accidentally touched the hot lamp while drying, so I jumped and it blemished a nail. Instead of redoing, she just added more polish and clear coat so now it looks uneven, it’s a thick layer, and the clear coat bubbled. I could have done better myself. Definitely not coming back.
Very disappointed with the nail set I got today. Won’t be returning, unfortunately. I’ve been going to this nail salon since March and have always had good experiences but unfortunately today was not one of those days. I called at 10am, booked an appt for 6pm and said I wanted heavily designed nails, they said no problem. Arrived at 6pm, they didn’t get started until 6:30pm. Showed the design early on but then my nails were filed too short to complete the full design, so I adjusted - no problem. But even the basic lines and flowers were not coming out great. I asked to have a couple re-done but just accepted defeat and realized they weren’t going to turn out well. Took a full 2 hours and I think the photos speak for themselves. Out a $100 and not very impressed. Photos attached to reference and my inspo picture. The women at the salon are very friendly and service is good, but I just wish they had said from the beginning they were unable to complete the design instead of both of ours times being wasted.
Bad quality and bad customer service. During my spa pedicure they used hand soap. My shellac manicure chipped within a day. When I went back to get it fixed one lady yelled at me in front of the whole salon and treated me like scum. Won't recommend - won't go back ever.
This is the best nail place I have ever been to (and I have been to a lot). I do not understand why this place does not average 5 stars already. The staff is super adept, attentive and professional & the result is of very high standard!
