Came here last week to get my damaged nails done! The service was perfect and very lovely. My nail technician is Jennie and she gives me lots of recommendations for my nail style. An amazing experience with the staffs, atmosphere and the price is great! Definitely come back soon!
OMG!! this is my first time at hawaii nails spa. Susan help me for my nails and it was amazing. She was so friendly and knew what’s the best!!! Definitely will come again ???
Been here twice before and had a wonderful time. Came on a Wednesday morning and had a bad experience. Manicure was sloppy, kept having to remind the nail tech to file down loose pieces of nails. Asked multiple times for round shapes, some nails ended up more square and the shellac polish application is patchy and doesn’t go all the way to the edge of the nail. Looks as though nails have grown out but these pictures are same day. Update - 24 hours later, my toe nail broke off with polish. Incredibly disappointed.
No complaints here. My mani-pedi (with a colourful French manicure) were spot on. I've been there before, and I will be there again. As I said, I will go back and today I did. Great service, great manicure and great that they're in the neighbourhood. I love supporting local small businesses. They are next door to Mednow Pharmacy and Andrea's Cookies.
Edit 4: editing to add an update, this place destroyed my natural nail and are lying and the same staff member who called me 5 times to harrass me into changing my review doesn't seem to realize their NAME SHOWED UP ON MY PHONE, so Khanh Nguyen is not a real review, that is one of the employees. Interesting that it's the same name that's now making positive reviews! I have involved Toronto Public Health. I also said nothing about wanting the tip refunded, if that gives anyone an idea of how nasty of a person the owner is. Toronto has much better nail salons where you won't risk catching MRSA because of lazy ownership and bad training. If anyone else from this business calls me, I will be reporting them for harrassment. Grow up. Edit3: they've now taken down their reply, which essentially read: "hi! You must have gone to a different salon, we are in Toronto. Please read the website before commenting". Edit 2: One of their staff is now repeatedly calling me and harassing me to change my review rating. This is nuts ? Edit: no, I did not go to a different salon. Here's a perfect example for everyone how they handle these kinds of situations. Just spoke with someone on the phone who yelled and insisted I come in so they can look at my hands weeks after the fact. DO NOT GO HERE. There's something not right going on here. I went in for a fill which has never taken more than 30 minutes in the past, even for wedding nails. It took 2 hrs and I ended up leaving with them unfinished because my hands were in so much pain. The woman who did my nails had absolutely no clue how to do what she was doing, I'm convinced she'd never done one before or at the very least had never been trained on it and was just learning as she went. Another woman had to take over when an hour and a half in she was STILL reshaping my nail, neither woman communicated to me what the problem was. Both women knicked my skin with the nail drill badly to the point I cannot get my nails redone until my skin heals. The nails are also messy and badly done at a baseline. The owner was insanely rude and initially wouldn't give me a refund until I insisted. Health and safety needs to check this place out. Worst experience.
Amazing nails for bday! With little jewels added for some spice! They were so kind to give me a discount for my birthday as well ♥️ definitely recommend! And they do the best pedicures!
I asked for long nails but my nails were filed so short and i was charged for long nails. My coffin shape was lopsided and the inside of my nails weren’t filed properly.
