First comer at this salon. I love how aesthetically pleasing and neat. The staffs are accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend my girl “Cherman” to get your nails done by her whatever nail inspo or ideas you have she’ll definitely nail it for you ?✨. They not only nail services but also: Waxing and Eyelash extensions. Its spacious and love that you can just watch while you get pampered up. I would definitely recommend this salon to my girlies and gays. They have a waiting area wherein you can just relax and get comfortable while you wait for them to assist you.
I am very picky about my biogel manicures and Mindy absolutely smashed it. Her nail shaping in particular is really next level and she’s fast and friendly. The place was super clean and comfy. The pricing is very reasonable and actually lower than a lot of places around the city. I’ll definitely be a new regular for Mindy and Infinity Nails!!
This place is totally unprofessional. I booked an appointment with Mindy weeks in advance. I even got a text and email confirmation of it in the days leading up. I show up for my appointment and she isn’t working. Instead there is one girl who says she isn’t confident with biogel and one man. I don’t get my nails done by men because they never turn out well. I couldn’t believe it. I had plans for after and then a trip. They completely screwed my over with their unprofessionalism. If someone books with a particular nail tech they should be notified if they aren’t available or taken off the booking calendar.
After hearing great things about Mindy, I decided to get a manicure there. While she was polite, she made my skin bleed in two places and did not address the situation or apologize. She didn’t offer any sort of discount or goodwill gesture and proceeded with the manicure after wiping the blood away. $40 for a careless basic shellac manicure? No thank you. Will not be coming back and would NOT recommend this place.
Worst experience I’ve had. The nail techs customer service was remarkably bad. She seemed to be in a bad mood and wasn’t helpful at all, even when choosing my colour she wasn’t helpful and seemed annoyed at me taking a little time to pick. She did bio gel on me and it was terrible. I hate the shaped, colour and look of my cuticles. She doesn’t seem experienced whatsoever nor happy to work there. Paid 80$ for disgusting looking nails, a colour I had to settle for since she was impatiently and annoyed, a random weird shape and dry cutticles that she didn’t care for at all. She didn’t massage or properly lotion my hands. She put lotion and messily spread it, I had to do it myself. Not to mention the services are severely overpriced.. taking off old nails that are barely there shouldn’t be 20$ that’s ridiculous. Just not a good experience, at all. I’ll be disputing this charge with my bank because I don’t find it fair to pay for this.
I had previously received a bio gel manicure at your establishment and was very happy with the results. However, during a recent visit, I was seen again by a female employee who mentioned she had previously worked in New York City. Unfortunately, this experience was very different. During the refill, the technician was noticeably rough with the nail clipper/drill, and it felt quite uncomfortable at the time. Since then, I’ve experienced significant damage to my natural nails — they are now thin, visibly scraped, and have white patches and ridges throughout. I’ve attached a photo for your reference. I take good care of my nails and have never experienced this kind of damage before. It’s clear that excessive filing or improper technique was used, and I’m quite upset about the state of my nails as a result. I would have preferred to send this feedback via email, but I wasn’t able to find a contact address on your website. I’m sharing this in hopes that your team can address the issue with the technician and help prevent similar situations for other clients in the future.
First time here, the staff is very friendly. Loved the service and the nails I got done. My new go to place! Update: Officially my go to place, the attention to detail is unmatched. Nails are always beautifully and sturdily done! Added some additional photos of my recent nails this year!
