I have been to Jenny to do my nails a few times. She did a pretty good job for the first couple times. However, she kind of messed up the tips of my nail the last time I went to her. The colour recommended turned out to be a lot more purple than she described. Maybe it’s because she did go through the colour twice. I was kind of in a rush so I left in a hurry without checking which was my bad. I communicated the problem to her, and I was hoping she could remove my nails for free. I understand regardless of how she did, she did invest her time so I wasn’t asking for a free nail. She refused and started to blame me. The conversation really started off in a bad direction. She was very defensive. I wasn’t even trying to say anything bad. I still wanted to go to her for my nails in the future. I tipped her $23 and she couldn’t even do a free nail removal for the sloppy job she did, so I asked my tip back. All in all, I just wanted to say that she could have admitted she couldn’t really do a very good job this time and she was late for the appointment. And of course remove these nails Word of advice, mistakes happen all the time, don’t get too worked up. For future customers, she is good at doing simple designs, I do not recommend doing anything too complicated or try to match any colours. I recommend picking a simple design and colours on your own before visiting the salon. Or else you might walk out with a disappointment. Any recommendations you listen to is all your fault. I have attached some pictures below from this time. I didn’t have nail extensions on my two fingers because I needed them like that. You can see the tips weren’t done properly because her next client was there and I also needed to get to my next appointment. It is also hard to see the purple from the pictures. I did these nails for my wedding photoshoot, so I had to get it removed.
I love the french tips shellac I got from Jenny, Jenny was very patient and friendly, love chatting to her too ? I like the private and calming atmosphere at her salon and I love how she took her time and seem experienced as well✨ Update: And after a month my shellac was still going strong haha

Jenny has been taking care of my feet for over a year. She does a great pedicure; very precise and clean. I also get gel nail polish and my pedicure looks fresh for a month!
My friend and I came to Jenny for a french pedicure and manicure. Jenny is so sweet and did an amazing job for both of us. She takes her time and is very precise with her work. Will definitely be coming back!!
