Joki and Leah are very professional and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and relaxing.I’ll definitely be returning for my next appointment!
Both Joki and Leah were very patient. They always give constructive suggestions and feedback on the designs and colour selection. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who are looking for professional manicurists.
I really didn't want to leave a negative review, but I had no choice. On December 24th, I went to the nail salon for a pedicure and manicure. The staff was friendly and polite; however, the quality of services was very low. Firstly, the massage, which I usually consider one of the essential aspects for both treatments, lasted less than 5 minutes all together. Additionally, neither my foot nor my hand was in the water for more than 1-2 minutes. I repeatedly had to express concerns during the nail filing because they weren't symmetrical, and the corners were very sharp. The total cost for all services, including tax and tip, was around $121. Because of my dissatisfaction, I decided not to return. However, after 2 days, three of the nails’ shellacs came off during the holidays. Despite being busy, I had to make another appointment to have them fixed. While the staff remained polite, during the second session, they barely talked to me, which didn't feel friendly at all. I wasn’t charge for the repairs. But, today, exactly after 2 more days, one of the shellacs came off again. I won't waste time repairing it again, but I felt it was necessary to inform you in some way. Unfortunately, I don’t have any photos of the first 3 nails.
