I have an excellent experience here - I walked in for a last minute manicure work. The nail technician who was a male (I forgot the name), was very accommodating, he was able to do the work with Lonnie time period that I had, and was super helpful to me as I was multi- tasking. The results of his work (to my surprise given I was in a rush) - were outstanding. He did a great job at choosing the right colour for me, at shaping my nails beautifully to fit my hands and existing nail length, and to create a lovely natural beauty that I was looking for! Most importantly, the genuine, humble, kind and considerate personality of my technician was something that o much appreciated in the middle of the hectic day as ai was juggling things between work, home and preparations for my evening outing. I’ll definitely be back!
I want our money re-funded due to my wife experience. The service is poor and the owners wanted to fight with me. Do not waste your time and money there very poor service and products.
I went and did my nails there yesterday(30 June)and I must say I was not happy at all with the way they did my nails. They charged me $95 CAD and I ended up paying over $100 CAD because of “tax”. The lady who did my nails didn’t even do what I asked her to do, the shapes of the nails were poorly done and and the nails are so weak, the way it was supposed to be done, I could’ve just gotten nails from Rexall and put them on myself. I will never go back to that place again. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I even took them off that same day because they were so poorly done. At this point I just want a refund because this is not good customer service, especially with the amount of money I spent. ***please refer to the picture below that I showed the lady of what I wanted, versus what they did****. Now tell me if you guys would ever go to a place like that don’t know how to do their work. I even do better nails than this. I went back yesterday(1 July), they were not open and then went again today (2nd july) to show them the kind of service they gave me. One of the male guys who works there, accused me of messing my nails up on purpose. He then started to verbally attack my husband and me after we asked that they give me my refund. They didn’t even ask to redo my nails because this was their fault! Towards the end the lady whom I think is the owner, then pushed me to get outside their store while I tried to communicate to the police of what had taken place. I have never in my life experienced something so appalling from a nail salon. Very unprofessional people and it makes sense why they hardly have customers. I honestly regret not checking out the reviews of this nail salon because most of them show how terrible their work is. I will be reporting this salon.
This is a hidden gem!! At least for me :D I found this place by a coincidence and I am so happy about it. It's a great place, the ladies are super kind and friendly! Loveeee it!! I will definitely come back!
Had a fantastic pedicure by this hidden gem nail salon tucked in this sleepy mall at yonge and bloor. Really reasonable prices only $50 cash for a pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was very sweet and kind and took her time and transformed my feet and was able to fix my ingrown toe nail. Pain free now. I was really happy that she took her time with the cuticle removal and callice removal. Even got a foot massage at the end. I am a usual customer and definitely will be back
Legitimately THEE BEST pedicure I’ve gotten in Canada! Worth every dollar. Great service too! I’m not even done yet while typing this review that’s how much I appreciate the service. 10/10 I recommend this place.
This morning was my first time coming to this nail salon as it is the most convenient for me to go to. I had Linh redo my old shellac for me as well as give me a manicure. Let me make a point that I have NEVER been so IMPRESSED with any nail work before. She was efficient NOT rushed, she was very mindful to ask about what I preffered, she was constantly going back to other nails to adjust my nails, and her technique in general is slight handed/gentle. The transition of my newly added shellac is unnoticed and impeccable, I recieved compliments all day long and was sure to refer the salon and happy to forward Linh’s name. HIGHLY reccomended and very pleased with the outcome. Most technicians will speak to you throughout the process and try to sell you on their work, only to have you leave and doubt the outcome. She was confident and quick but very considerate. I will definitely be returning for any other services needed!
