It was ok, communication was a bit difficult but the technicians were friendly. They are attentive to your needs and will offer water or other. Cute little salon.
I normally don't write reviews but last year I went in the fall. They showed me a sample cute nude brown colour on the acrylic swatches which I decided to try. Sometimes with cosmetic procedures you need to trust the process. During the process the colour was looking bad but I waited until one of the final steps applied to a nail and realized it wasn't looking any better. I never speak up usually but decided to, to say it didn't look like their example colour. The lady looked very offended and reluctantly removed and changed the colour. It was so uncomfortable. Afterwards I just wanted to get out of there and they charged me for a set AND a removal. Never going back.
Great experience. I have short small nails and rarely get manicures as past experiences in other salons have been expensive and disappointing and I assumed my nails were the problem. Not only was the price very reasonable, but I felt comfortable and my nails came out looking better than I’ve ever seen them. Would definitely recommend this salon, I saw no issues with hygiene, the staff was friendly and the work was quick but good. I brought along a male friend who was getting his first manicure and he was very comfortable too
I’m not sure why their average review isn’t higher. They were quite accommodating and my nail tech Chloe was really professional and personable and suggested a sheer style when I couldn’t make up my mind about what nude colour to get. I had a great experience and would go here again
Did a supposed to be luxury pedicure yesterday and expecting magic could happen however walk out the space with nothing changed on my feet. It’s still look the same after I wash off the lotion. Wait. one thing has changed, the bill was due to be paid as well as having the worse customer experience ever. The technician gave no eye contact with customer ME ???She was busy talking with her colleague.As well as she spill the water out without showing even a little bit apologetic. Trust me, you don’t want to waste your money and share the same experience as me. ?
I have been going to this place for years and I have had some great experiences with a few ppl like Dina and Amy but have also had a couple terrible experiences but manager and owner are always willing to rectify the situation. There’s a reason I come back. Today I met Vera who not only has the most positive and sweet disposition but also very skilled in what she does. Extreme attention to detail and checks in with you and really listens to any requests. She’s also very funny. Vera is definitely one of my fav and I will definitely be booking with her in the future. I wanted a simple flower design and she did such a great job! They literally look like stickers. Thank you Vera!
Would give 0 stars if I could. First, I had the worst pedicure. The lady never spoke one word to be while doing my nails, only to ask what colour. She cut my nails super short..again never asked. She did everything dry, don’t know why she even bothered running the water because me feet went in for only 2 minutes max. She scrubbed my feet with no product. The whole thing just hurt. Pedicures are supposed to be nice and relaxing, not painful. Second; the lady that did my full set did a terrible job. I initially asked for a short French tip square set, but as the process went on I just wanted to get out of there and decided to get a solid colour instead & not really sure what the shape is that she gave me (supposed to be square). While she was doing my nails, I asked her to shape my nails better because I didn’t like them..she said yes she would do it after. When it came time to fixing the shape, she rushed it and didn’t bother asking if I was happy with them yet. Again I just wanted to get the heck out of there because the experience was awful so I left it alone. At one point my thumb nail was burning after she laid the acrylic and I told her this…she didn’t even respond to me nor did she do anything about it. Just terrible!!! I would never go back & I advise all to not go there either.
